The new way to consume nutritional supplements

The bottle can break in only the most extreme cases. If it does, fitto's amazing customer service will replace it for you at no cost.

fitto offers a wide range of products and for each product, there is a different suggested mixer beverage. In most cases, our customers prefer ice water, milk, or orange juice.

The bottle should be hand-washed, it is not suitable for the dish-washer or high water temperatures.

It is important to remember that fitto offers a wide range of capsules, the contents of which are manufactured by different brands, in different flavors, and different configurations. It is therefore advisable to examine each capsule individually before purchasing it. 

Of course, all the companies we work with and the factories from which we make the capsules and shakers are certified by the Ministry of Health.

fitto delivery times are currently 7 business days and will arrive at your home or directly at the gym where you train for your convenience! 

We do not offer a delivery tracking service at this time, but in case of delays or malfunctions, you can always contact our customer service who will be happy to handle any problem and answer any question. 

We at fitto cannot guarantee replacement or cancellation of a product after the order is made, however in the event our customers encounter a problem, they should contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can handle any problem.

We at fitto will do everything we can to ensure the order you made is the order you receive, that there are no problems with any order. In the event a customer received an item they didn't order, our customer service will be more than happy to help and speedily send a corrected order.

We have a 30-day return policy. Capsule sleeves can be changed out{check if also to return} only if they are complete and unopened within 7 days of arrival at the customer, in the event the sleeve isn't complete and a capsule is opened, there is no option to return that item to us. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund given to the customer.

For sure! A large number of flavors can be purchased, in sets of 6 sleeves containing 30 capsules, beyond that, you can purchase combinations of sleeves consisting of different and special flavors. 

We are sorry to hear that you don't like fitto's products. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to start the refund process. Please note, capsules that aren't in their original sealed packaging in its completeness cannot be returned.

At fitto, you can receive the monthly fitto boxed delivered straight to you or enable automatic delivery of capsules when the smart bottle, together with the app, detects that you are nearing completion, to provide our customers with the maximum experience and no waiting. You can update the different flavors and quantities in the app.

The capsules will be ToLive's Superfoods blend, containing a unique combination of fruits, vegetables, superfoods, herbs, and spices, which work in harmony to provide the body with quality nutrition and the added benefit that they are vegan.

The manufacturing plants in which the protein powder mixtures are produced contain gluten, so the risk of trace amounts of gluten in the powders exists.

Our protein capsules may indeed contain milk, but do not worry you can continue to consume protein with us through Tolive's healthy capsules which are full of rich and healthy protein. Feel free to visit the Superfoods collection in our store.

fitto currently works with 2 protein powder companies, PowerTech which offers dairy kashrut certification under the supervision of the Rabbinate for National Kashrut and the supervision of the Badatz, and Super Effect which offers dairy kashrut certification under the supervision of the Rabbinate of Rosh HaAyin.

The shelf life of fitto's capsules stands at 2 years. Store them in a shady, dry, and chilled place. 

Important question! Each capsule has between 23 and 25 grams of powder which contains between 17 and 19 grams of protein respectively. Be patient, because soon we will start producing larger capsules in sizes between 30 and 33 grams of powder which will contain between 24 and 26.5 grams of protein respectively.
