The shelf life of fitto's capsules is about two years, subject to keeping them in a cool and shady place.

Each capsule contains between 23 and 25 grams of powder which contains 17-19 grams of protein respectively. We are working on a larger capsule especially for you in the size of 30-33 grams of powder which will contain between 24 and 27 grams of protein respectively.

Of course! You can buy a combination of different flavors, in a package of 6 sleeves containing 30 capsules. Beyond that, you can purchase combinations of sleeves that are made up of different and delicious flavors.
